A Few days ago my mom had a little accident but suddenly she was having a severe pain in her back and legs, MRI report shows "posterior disc bulge" she was in a complete bedrest condition. Medicines didn't work out. Dr. Jignesha guided her with a specific type of exercises, and now my mom is completely relieved from the pain. I Visited Dr. Jignesha almost 2 month back with symptoms like Veritigo, Back pain, Neck pain, Headache. My GP suggested to visit Physio and by word of mouth I connected Dr. Jignesha. She is very patient and listens to problem. She spends time in investigating root cause, customize exercise to treat. Set-up is small but exercise suggested are VERY VERY effective. I had unbearable pain in my left leg radiating from back to toe. I was not able to stand and sit even for 1 minute(Sciatica). I took consultation by Dr. Jignesha for this Sciatica treatment. She started the physiotherapy by observing the most painful and comfortable position. I took physiotherapy session for 8 days and it works like magic for me. I was suffering from severe pain due to stiff neck. I was not able to do any movement at all. This is when I came to know about Dr. Jignesha. Since I stay in London, I booked tele consultation with her. On 1st consultation itself I could feel the difference in my neck movement. Severity of pain was reduced to a greater extent. Just by seeing me do exercise on video she was able to tell if the stretch is at right muscle or not. I was awed by her skills. I took 2 more sessions later and my neck pain is gone completely. This young doctor is very approachable and talented.

I had a severe prolapsed-discs cervical condition. I was made aware that if the pain doesn't go away will have to undergo a surgery, that’s when I approached Dr. Jignesha. I went to her with immense pain about a month and half ago. I have been pain-free for more than 15 days now!
